We operate through 3 business lines, reflecting the different ways we work with investors and partners.

The Urban Regeneration Fund

With the SFER Redevelopment L‑QIF fund, created together with our partner SFP Swiss Finance & Property AG, we contribute to renewing the Swiss real estate stock. We bring urban development expertise to create cities that are more modern, efficient and sustainable, supporting national climate goals and generating long‑term environmental and social value. The focus is on regeneration rather than simple replacement.

  • Creating a positive, long‑lasting urban impact

The fund is open to qualified investors, mainly institutional.

Development for private and institutional investors

We co‑invest alongside private investors, setting up investment vehicles based on a private equity approach. Our platform of specialists acts as an operating partner in selecting, developing and managing real estate projects. We bring technical expertise, market insight and integrated management to turn opportunities into tangible assets.

Development partner for property owners, private and institutional investors. We support clients in repositioning existing assets and in developing new buildings.
