With the SFER Redevelopment L‑QIF fund, created together with our partner SFP Swiss Finance & Property AG, we contribute to renewing the Swiss real estate stock. We bring urban development expertise to create cities that are more modern, efficient and sustainable, supporting national climate goals and generating long‑term environmental and social value. The focus is on regeneration rather than simple replacement.
