The beginning

The founding core takes shape: a group of professionals with a shared vision. The first few months are dedicated to structuring our methodology, building a network of partners and launching the first developments.

The expansion phase

EROP enters a strong expansion phase, integrating new specialist skills and increasing the volume of projects under management. The organisation takes shape across the Lugano and Zurich offices, bringing the business model fully to life.

The maturity phase

The focus shifts to optimising and standardising internal processes and increasing production capacity. Teams are structured by specialist expertise, enabling EROP to manage a greater number of complex operations efficiently and at scale.
